We have a very detailed contract implementation plan and on the awardement of any contract it follows a step by step guide to the sequence of events before, during and after contract awardement and includes all points mentioned in this statement. The purpose of the Help Desk is to make it easier for the customer to make requests for services or to report facilities related cleaning issues; and for Hughes/Gardner to organise a response to their needs from our organisation
