Case Study 1

Hughes | Gardner were awarded a multi-site contract in and around London's West End following two tender processes in 2006 and 2010. The level of service that we have provided has enabled Key to our selection is our quality assured processes and support systems that are designed to integrate with our clients own services and include:

Case Study 2

We have been involved in the implementation of recycling at one of our clients flagship properties from the initial setting up of bins and recycling bags through to the training of staff, removal of waste, monthly reporting of volumes of waste removed from site and the trail of how and where the waste ends.

We have been very successful in reducing our client’s carbon footprint and the volume of waste that goes to landfill sites.

Case Study 3

As the Swine Flu pandemic warnings were announced, we worked with our clients to find solutions to help them minimise the risk for their staff, our client introduced some of these special measures to avoid the spread in the workplace.

A sanitising service was introduced which involved cleaning all touch points with disposable anti-bacterial wipes and supplying protective hand gel to minimise contamination. This was supported by deep cleaning all their IT and telephone equipment.

Case Study 4

Our experience in the transfer of staff under TUPE legislation is very extensive, we have dealt with individual cases as well as larger council contracts involving in excess of a 100 employees - our contract with the Council required us to transfer some 80 employees.

The contract also required all staff working on the portfolio to undergo the enhanced disclosure check with the Criminal Records Bureau to ensure that we only employed suitable people to work alongside children.

We use the latest IT technology to measure performance levels in the range of services we provide, which is available for download via our client Intranet.
